How to find us
Our main office is located in Topsham:
20c High Street
You can find it here via Google Maps. (This is a custom marker: Google’s official markers for our building are slightly inaccurate at the moment.)
The Number 57 Stagecoach bus, which leaves from Exeter bus station at 15 minute intervals, travels through Topsham on its way to Brixington. Additionally, the T bus, running every half an hour from Pinhoe, through the centre of Exeter and then past Countess Wear to Topsham, will bring you here.
Standard DayRider and MegaRider cards are valid on these services to Topsham and slightly beyond; and National Bus Passes for the over-65s are valid on weekdays between 9.30 a.m. and 11.00 p.m.
More traditional directions are as follows:
Coming from Exeter (from the north west), you will pass a zebra crossing and will see Mortimore’s, a grocer’s, on your left. Continuing along this road will take you past a narrow turn-off, signed Greatwood Terrace, after which you will see a boatyard called Ash Marine. There is a brick wall dividing this boat yard from the other half of the drive-way: on the further side of this brick wall, you will see Rydon House set back a way from the road.
Coming from Exmouth, you will drive down Station Road and reach a roundabout. Turning right at this roundabout will take you north west along the high street. You will pass an inn called The Nelson on your left, and a road called Nelson Close. A few yards further on from this, on the right, is Rydon House
There is parking available at Rydon House for short-stay visitors: The driveway curves to the right, through a wooden gate, where, if you are visiting us briefly, you can park.
There are also three Pay & Display car parks in Topsham: One located opposite our charity shops, around the rear of Topsham’s fire station; another located near Holman Way Doctor’s Surgery; the third situated on the Quay.
