Located at Glasshouse Lane Medical Centre, Countess Wear, our Day Centre provides companionship, communal activities - and a good lunch! - on Mondays and Thursdays. It's a welcome highlight for a number of older people who would otherwise be at risk of increasing isolation, and gives a brief but much-needed break to carers too.
