Whoever you are, if you want the satisfaction of making a real difference to lives in this area, we would love to hear from you. We’re keen to hear from anyone of 18 or over who would like to find out more about volunteering.
As a volunteer, you’d receive training and ongoing support for the work you do plus, of course, reimbursement of any out-of-pocket expenses. Ask Mary Hutchings about particular needs we have at the moment, which include:
• Drivers (with their own reliable car) for our transport service
• Be-frienders
• People with
administrative/organisational skills
• People with an interest in and talent for organising social and other
events
